Legal notice & privacy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

This page explains who is behind the site, what data is stored (very little) and what happens when you click a support link. It's written to be read, not to scare you. If anything is unclear, write to leonardoworkspaceyt@gmail.com.

2. Using the site, and trademarks

You're free to browse and share the site. Original texts and illustrations (including the Baspitos, the channel's mascot) belong to the owner; please don't reuse them without permission.

Game, company and platform names that appear here (Grand Theft Auto, The Legend of Zelda, World of Warcraft, Old School RuneScape, DOFUS, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Instant Gaming, StreamElements, Binance and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. They're mentioned for news and commentary only; this site has no official relationship with any of them.

The site is provided as is. News, release dates and third-party data can change without notice; they're kept up to date on a best-effort basis, with no guarantee.

3. Affiliate and support links

The Instant Gaming link is an affiliate link: if you buy through it, the channel earns a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is stated next to the link itself.

Tips (StreamElements) and contributions via Binance Pay are external services with their own terms and policies. This site doesn't process payments or store bank or card details: everything happens on the respective platform.

4. What data is stored (privacy policy)

Data controller: Leonardo Bastidas, leonardoworkspaceyt@gmail.com. This is all the data the site handles:

  • Newsletter (The Purr): if you subscribe, or request a Baspedia guide (they're given in exchange for your email), your email and sign-up date are stored, only to send you the newsletter and let you know about new guides. They're kept in Cloudflare's database (Cloudflare, Inc., United States, with data centers in several countries). They're never sold or shared with anyone, except Kit (kit.com, the tool the emails are sent from), which uses them for that purpose only. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to leonardoworkspaceyt@gmail.com or through the unsubscribe link every issue will carry.
  • Polls: when you vote in a poll on the site, a technical cookie (named voto_ plus the poll's name) is stored in your browser for one year, to remember that you already voted. It doesn't identify you: only the total votes per option are stored.
  • Community ranking and mentions: public YouTube usernames and avatars of people who comment on the channel and take part in streams are shown, along with their comment and message counts. This is data YouTube already displays publicly. If you'd rather not appear, write to leonardoworkspaceyt@gmail.com and you'll be removed.
  • Featured comments: public comments are quoted with their username. If you're the author and want one removed, write to leonardoworkspaceyt@gmail.com.
  • Server logs: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, may log IP addresses and technical data about visits for security and performance, under its privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/

The site doesn't use Google Analytics or any other tracking or advertising tool. No profiles are built and no automated decisions are made with your data.

Minors: the site is suitable for all ages, but if you're under 14, ask an adult before subscribing to the newsletter.

5. Third-party services

YouTube: this site uses YouTube API Services to show the channel's latest videos and streams and to count community participation. By using it you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and the Google Privacy Policy applies (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The data obtained from the API is public (titles, thumbnails, usernames, avatars and comment and message counts) and is refreshed periodically: videos every few minutes, the ranking at least once a month. No user data is stored beyond what is displayed on the site.

When a stream is live, the YouTube player is embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com): YouTube only sets cookies if you press play.

Discord: the server's member and online counts are shown using Discord's public invite API. Nothing about you is collected.

Instant Gaming, StreamElements, Binance, Amazon and the other external links: when you click them you leave this site and each service's own policies apply.

6. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data (your newsletter email, your appearance in the ranking, the mentions or the featured comments) by writing to leonardoworkspaceyt@gmail.com. You'll get a reply as soon as possible, usually within a few days.

If you live in the European Union, you can also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

7. Cookies

This site uses a single first-party, technical cookie: the one that remembers you already voted in a poll (voto_…), lasting one year. It uses no analytics or advertising cookies, which is why you won't see a cookie banner. If any are ever added, it will be explained here and, where required, consent will be asked first.

The YouTube player (only while a stream is live) and the external services linked here may use their own cookies under their own policies. You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings.

8. Changes to this page

This page may be updated when the site changes (for example, once the newsletter sending tool is connected). The date at the top shows the latest version.
